Somewhere West, New Customer Acquisition
Los Angeles-based apparel manufacturer, South Bay Brands, partnered with us to launch their startup clothing brand, 'Somewhere West'. We played a pivotal role in guiding them through the intricacies of financing and logistics, along with streamlining their sample production and cold outreach process to prepare them for large-scale national customers.

Apparel Channel
Development
Lux LA, a key player in LA's garment district, partnered with us to boost their online wholesale revenue. Our initiative launched their brands across five wholesale platforms, achieving over $30,000 in monthly revenue within four months.
Furthermore, we successfully launched Lux LA on Macy’s exclusive Vendor Direct Fulfillment program, yielding over $400,000 from 'dead stock' within three months on Macy’s website. Our role encompassed website development, marketplace profiling and listings, logistics, and brand strategy, significantly elevating Lux LA’s market footprint and revenue.
The Face Mask Co,

During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, as LA’s garment district manufacturers faced dwindling revenues, we collaborated with a manufacturer to innovate amidst crisis. We conceptualized and developed 'The Mask Company', a new in-house brand, utilizing their existing fabric stock to produce face masks. Our team crafted a comprehensive retail strategy, encompassing branding, packaging, and marketing through various online wholesale channels.
Shortly after the brand's launch, we secured a significant deal with UNFI, the largest grocery distributor in the United States, resulting in a substantial order of $825,000 to supply masks to their stores – all within just three months of the brand's inception.
Le Bon Magot,
Navigating
Acquisition
Sell Through Club helped Le Bon Magot through a repositioning and successful exit. The New Jersey-based, woman-led business, known for its heritage-inspired caponata and chutneys, was limited by small-scale production, issues with distributors and stunted supply chain.
Leveraging their industry expertise, Sell Through Club provided a seasoned advisor to help Le Bon Magot redefine its business plan, streamline supply chain, and curate buyer-ready materials. This strategic partnership broadened their market access and positioned them attractively for growth and acquisition.

KeterMex, a basic apparel manufacturer with operations in both Mexico and Los Angeles, enlisted our services to refine their sample development process and create impactful marketing campaigns. Our collaboration was aimed at enhancing their product presentation and market appeal to potential retailers and distributors.
Within a four-month engagement, our efforts culminated in KeterMex securing orders exceeding $200,000 from prestigious retailers and distributors, including Nordstrom Rack and Tilly’s.

His journey in the apparel sector began in Toronto in 2012, where he quickly made his mark by establishing robust sales channels with Canadian retailers. Ali launched Zephcollective.com in 2014 with the aim of serving US based brands and manufacturers, leveraging his expertise as a project manager and consultant in manufacturing, logistics, and, most notably, wholesale sales.
Over the last decade through Zeph Collective Ali has served a number of US based manufacturers and brands, most of them in California. Working in the apparel and CPG industries specifically through wholesale channels Ali has helped a number of smaller companies significantly grow their businesses. With Sell through club Ali has brought together a select team that aims to help brands, influencers and manufacturers level up their wholesale pipeline.
Azeem Azimmudin s a seasoned Banking and PE executive with a proven track record in orchestrating landmark transactions that have significantly enhanced enterprise values and raised substantial investment funds.
